Each Spring, students in grades K-5 are able to participate in a
Spring Literacy Day.  Students rotate among five different stations, all
having to do with growing a love and knowledge of literacy.  These stations vary each year, but some of the favorites are Children's Literature Kahoot, Drop Everything and Read, Literacy Mad Libs, Create a Story, Poetry for Two Voices, a "Book Walk" where students all win a free book to take home, and Reading Bingo.   Literacy Days are a chance for the entire Elementary to pause
and focus on the value of reading.
