PYP Exhibition

The PYP Exhibition is a chance for students to show off what they have learned throughout their years in PYP. Working collaboratively with classmates and a specialized teacher, students learn about a real life topic of their choosing. This fosters a sense of inquiry through the process and autonomy and agency in regards to their learning.

MYP Personal Project

Students completing year 5 of the MYP (grade 10) spend a full year on this project. They choose a topic of personal interest to learn more about and create a product or outcome based on their learning. This project has three main components: the process, the product, and the report. Students show their learning through the creation of their product and write a report showing how this process helped them to grow in aspects of ATL skills and as a learner overall.

DP Extended Essay

The Extended Essay is a two year research paper that students conduct in a specified subject area. Students are expected to choose a topic within their subject and conduct meaningful research to answer a clear and precise research question about that topic. Through this project, students will show their writing skills as well as their deep understanding of the subject and topic they have chosen.
