What it is:

NovelQuest is a competition similar to Battle of the Books in elementary school. Students will form their own teams, read a selection of five books, and on competition day, they will answer 50 questions as a team.

NovelQuest is completely tech free, so students need to know as much as possible about their books. The team with the most points, wins the competition.

But that isn't all! This competition is not only between teams, but also between schools. That means, that all of the teams from one school will have their points averaged together. Then these will be compared across schools involved and the winning school will also receive a prize!

Winning Team:
1st Place- Elevator Pass and Library Pizza Party
2nd Place- Elevator Pass and Drink/Snack from Cafe
3rd Place- Elevator Pass OR Drink/Snack from Cafe

NovelQuest is more than just one competition. It will consist of three rounds:
  • ​Competition One- Morning Calm Novels (Fall)
  • Competition Two- Novels TBD (Winter)
  • ​Competition Three- Novels in Verse (Spring)
